Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return or exchange if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order. Please e-mail us info@dawodyofficial.com for a return label. Returns in The Netherlands are fulfilled by PostNL, International returns BY DHL.

How to Return:

1. Email us at info@dawodyofficial.com with your receipt or proof of purchase. Follow the instructions
   
2. Send your item to:

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received.
  
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
  

Late or Missing Refunds:

• First, check your bank account and credit card company, as refunds may take some time to appear.
  
• If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank.
  
• If the refund is still missing, email us at info@dawodyofficial.com.
  

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  
• To exchange for the same item, email info@dawodyofficial.com and follow the return instructions above.
