The Production process of DAWODY's 1 of 1 Bag
Mango's are collected, destoned and mashed into a pulp. Naturel additives are incorporated into the mango pulp to enhance its durability and flexibility, mimicking the properties of traditional leather. The treated pulp is spread into metal trays and dried, transforming it into a flexible sheet like material. The dried mango is then coated with a waterproof repellent to increase its water resistance. A GOTS certified organic cotton backing is also applied to provide additional strength and structure

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return or exchange if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order. Please e-mail us info@dawodyofficial.com for a return label. Returns in The Netherlands are fulfilled by PostNL, International returns BY DHL.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- First, check your bank account and credit card company, as refunds may take some time to appear.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
