We offer a 14-day return or exchange if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order. Please e-mail us info@dawodyofficial.com for a return label. Returns in The Netherlands are fulfilled by PostNL, International returns BY DHL.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
